FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take you to complete a peer review?

Skwerl can complete most peer reviews within 1 to 3 days – depending on the size and complexity of the documentation provided to Skwerl.  We’ll gladly provide a prompt estimate back to you for your specific project.

How does my firm start a peer review with Skwerl?

All we require from your firm is a PDF of the project’s drawing set.  Based on this, we’ll quickly get back to you with an estimate for the work to be completed.  If all looks good to you, we’ll get started right away.

Do you have any client references?

Yes, Skwerl has satisfied clients nationwide.  Here is a sample of one such firm:

"I am Greg Hann, Principal Architect at Empire Design Group, Inc., Murrieta California.  We are happy to have utilized Skwerl’s services for a peer group review on our 250,000 s.f. senior living facility in Menifee, California. Skwerl preformed ingress and egress code compliance regarding fire, life, and safety issues.  The process was fast and efficient and their deliverables were pdf redline plans, detailed report, and then followed with a walk through phone call of the comments.  We would strongly recommend Skwerl to other design professionals, they provided a great benefit to our project workflow."

What is the process and what should I expect?

The process is simple.  Simply send us a .pdf of the document or documents you would like us to peer review.  We’ll promptly send you an estimate of the time and rate necessary to complete the peer review.  If the timing and amount look go to you, quickly agree to start the peer review by electronically accepting the estimate.  That’s all there is to it!  We’ll send you your completed peer review and summary report soon thereafter.

What can I expect as a deliverable from Skwerl?

Once completed, we’ll send you back a marked-up PDF document showing the results of the peer review along with a summary report capturing the outcomes of the peer review.  Please see an example of the summary report HERE.

Can you complete specialty peer reviews?

Yes.  Depending on the specific specialty review required, there may be a minor additional delay prior to starting the peer review (should the skilled reviewer needed for your particular specialty review be allocated to another project at the time of your contacting us).

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size and complexity of the particular peer review. Estimates are provided in advance for all peer reviews – so you’ll always know the rate for a project and be able to agree to project scope in advance of work commencing. With our custom-tailored solutions, we can modify our review's scope for nearly any budget.
